This Danish dough makes me proud!
I followed all the instruction, the only difficulties I found with the dough was to find a cool room.
After 2 months of nonstop raining, now in my city, Turin, the sun shines and during the morning we have at least 28°C.
With this heat it wasn’t so easy to maintain the dough chilled.
I changed the filling.
I used a cranberries preserve and added some sliced almond.

The taste was very good, and also the day after it was good not dry.
I really enjoyed also the braid style that with the egg dip gave the sweat a very pretty colour.
